Having a good, balanced diet is great for your well-being, mindset, and energy level. It’s all about maximising energy, while at the same time keeping a regular digestive system. As chewing becomes more difficult, you can adapt accordingly. There should be no problems at all maintaining a healthy diet.
Healthy Diet Recommendations
- Fish and chicken
- LOTS of fruits and vegetables: sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, leeks, onions, beetroot, salad, nuts
- Drink spring water
